Leave this alone unless you are developing the service yourself. It defaults to the hosted service, which is the only one there is; the field exists so a local build can point at http://localhost:8787.

Don’t keep a history of the documents I analyse

This stops the service keeping your personal list of analysed documents — the list you can read and delete in your dashboard. It does not stop storage. Every analysis is still kept and can still be shown to anyone whose browser renders the same document; it just won’t be linked to you. The only way to keep a document out of storage is not to click Analyze.
